Gaby is passionate about implementing a patient centred approach to treatment; her focus is on finding and explaining the root cause of the problem specific to each individual patient.
During her Masters Degree, Gaby took the opportunity to complete a hospital placement in India, working across Mumbai and Goa. Her time was spent collaborating with Orthopedic Surgeons and Physiotherapists where she gained invaluable experience in post-surgical rehabilitation of patients.
Gaby has also worked as a sports trainer for Ormond Amateur Football Club and with the VAFA umpiring association. Her vast experience in the sporting field has given her the opportunity to support a range of patients from football players to marathon runners and given her the skills to manage acute and chronic sports injuries.
Gaby has a particular interest in managing postural ailments, having completed further training in ergonomic assessment, as well as managing chronic headaches, migraines and TMJ pain. She enjoy using dry needling, myofascial cupping and kinesiotaping as well as traditional hands on techniques in her treatment approach.
When not working, Gaby can be found enjoying time with her family and friends, traveling and being active while exploring the outdoors. Growing up in the Bentleigh area, Gaby is excited to be working as an Osteopath in her local community.
